Massage Therapy Cancellation Policy

Your appointments are very important to us. Time allocated for an appointment is reserved especially for you. We do understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary; therefore, we respectfully request at least 24 hours notice for adjustments to your appointments and for cancellations.

Please understand that when you forget or cancel your appointment without giving enough notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time with a patient on our waiting list. It also leaves a gap in our Massage Therapist’s schedule which directly affects their paycheck.

We ask that you supply a credit card to have in our file. All cards on file are added to our secure system. In the event that we do not receive the required notice for changes and cancellations to your appointment the following fees will be applied to your card or billed out to you:

  • At least 24 hours prior to your appointment will receive no charges.
  • Notification: Less than 24 hours/same day prior to appointment time will result in a 50% charge of the scheduled massage ($33/60 min, $25/30 min).
  • Failure to show up for your appointment will result in a 100% charge of the scheduled massage.

If you arrive late to your scheduled appointment, your session may be shortened in order to accommodate others whose appointments follow yours. Depending upon how late you arrive; your therapist will then determine if there is enough time remaining to start a treatment. Regardless of the length of the treatment actually given, you will be responsible for the “full” session. Out of respect and consideration to your therapist and other patients, please plan accordingly and be on time.

We try our best to send out reminder texts, but technology is not foolproof. Missing an appointment due to not receiving a reminder will still result in a missed appointment fee so please keep track of your appointments!
